Job Description: Sales Support Assistant

Golden Mills Company, a growing spice, herbs and coffee manufacturing business is a friendly, family company with a youthful and encouraging atmosphere.  We are looking to hire a highly motivated sales support assistant with minimum 1-2 years experiences in customer service or sales field (preferable). 

 

 

The candidate will carry the below duties:

  • Make daily outbound telephone calls to prospective clients, facilitating the opportunity for the sales team to meet with patrons through comprehensive time based schedules.

  • Follow-up potential and current orders with each related department (finance and production) guaranteeing high quality service is provided to the customer.

  • Perform market research for potential prospects using Internet, databases and cold calling.

  •  Exploring potential opportunities for Golden Mills to extend its market share through events, exhibitions or trade shows in Jordan and outside, and the ability to attend them with the coordination of other departments required.

  • Develop current Customer Relations Management (CRM) through consistent updating of records, thus enabling the whole department to benefit from CRM.

 

 

The potential candidate must have the following skills to perform this job efficiently:

  • Incredible customer service skills are needed to perform successful cold calling with potential prospects and the ability to keep up with current customers and the ability to resolve clients’ complaints.

  • Leadership skills to lead the team and achieve the assigned goals.

  • Patience is required in order to solve complaints and convert potential customers to loyal clients.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential to handle business conversation with foreign and local clients/ customers.

  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
